Over the last five weeks, you’ve practiced saying "No" without guilt. You’ve found those 5-minute pockets of peace amidst the chaos. You’ve drawn harder boundaries, and you’ve dusted off your own spark.

As a therapist and a mom on the other side of the twin-teen years, I promise you: these tools are your lifeline. The course ends here, but the practice is just beginning.

This week we'll meet with other moms to share our wins, our struggles, and our game plan for moving forward.
